Custom build sensor and Sensing Side

• Calibration Circuit- Calibration makes products accurate and safe. It allows manufacturers to deliver “perfect” devices.
• Conversion Circuit- Sensors may be the various types of current or voltage depending on the sensor type. The conversion circuit enables us to convert to the controller need.
• Loop Conversion-The 4-20 mA current loops are the dominant standard in many industries. It is the simplest option to connect and configure. It uses less wiring and connections than other signals, greatly reducing initial setup costs. Better for traveling long distances, as current does not degrade over long connections like voltage. It is less sensitive to background electrical noise. Since 4 mA is equal to 0% output, it is incredibly simple to detect a fault in the system.
• Analog to Digital Converter – Analog-to-digital conversion is an electronic process in which a continuously variable (analog) signal is changed, without altering its essential content, into a multi-level (digital) signal. The input to an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) consists of a voltage that varies among a theoretically infinite number of values.

The Design for Manufacturing step is where a PCB designer makes his contribution to that portion of the product that involves electronic circuits. For that part of the product, an electrical engineer has done the engineering, or circuit design in the step just before this. He has produced, among other sub-products, a diagram of the functionality of the circuit. This diagram is called a “schematic.” We are associated with most of the manufacturer’s facilities across the world to produce the best PCB with minimum lead time.

• HMI- A human-machine interface (HMI) is the user interface that connects an operator to the controller for an industrial system. Some HMIs also translate data from industrial control systems into human-readable visual representations of the systems. Through the HMI, an operator can see schematics of the systems and turn switches and pumps on or off, for example, or raise or lower temperatures.
